2. Relationship with Bridge
We partner with Bridge Building Inc, Bridge Building Limited, and Bridge Building Arx LLC to provide financial infrastructure such as KYC/AML verification, accounts, wallets, and payments. For data provided within Bridge's onboarding or transaction flows, Bridge acts as an independent data controller under its own privacy policy. SendFi accesses only the minimum data necessary to operate the App, such as status and references.

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
- Name, email, phone number, and country of residence.
- Language and preference settings.
- Feedback or messages you send to us.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device model, operating system, version, and app version.
- IP address and approximate location.
- Log data, timestamps, and crash or error reports.
- Usage analytics such as screens viewed, taps, and feature interactions.
3.3 Information Processed by Bridge
- KYC and identity data, including ID documents, selfies, date of birth, address, and tax information.
- Transaction and account data, including balances, transfers, and counterparties.
- Compliance data, including sanctions screening and risk or fraud analysis.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Operate, maintain, and improve the App and Services.
- Provide support and respond to inquiries.
- Send important updates and security notifications.

We do not sell personal information and do not use cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. How We Share Information
- With Bridge to enable KYC, accounts, wallets, and payment operations.
- With service providers for hosting, analytics, security, email, and push notifications.
- With authorities when required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.
- With your consent when you explicitly authorize it.
- During mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring, with confidentiality safeguards.
Third parties must handle your data securely and only for authorized purposes.

7. Data Retention
- Account and App data is retained while your account is active or as required by law.
- Technical logs and analytics are typically retained for 6–24 months.
- Bridge KYC/AML and transaction data is retained per regulation, generally for 5–10 years.
When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymized.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including TLS encryption, access controls, and secure storage. No method is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, withdraw consent, and request portability. Contact support@sparktech.lat to exercise these rights. If Bridge holds your data, we will help route your request.
10. Account Deletion
You may request deletion in-app, if available, or by contacting support. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention, audits, and regulatory obligations.
11. Cookies, SDKs, and Device Permissions
- Mobile SDKs may be used for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications.
- Website cookies may improve navigation and performance; you can control them in your browser.
- Camera access may be used for identity verification through Bridge, and push notifications may be enabled. You can revoke permissions in device settings.
12. Minors
The Services are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has provided information.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email. The updated Policy is effective when posted.
